Embedding a safe into a wall increases its resistance to removal and improves discretion.

This procedure is straightforward when properly prepared.

🧱 Requirements

​

Wall support

The wall must be solid, dry, and load-bearing to ensure stability and prevent damage or removal.

Recess size
Provide approximately 10 cm extra space around the safe’s external dimensions.

​

Concrete type
Use soft / slow-setting concrete to avoid air pockets and ensure uniform filling.

✅ Installation steps

​

1. Position the safe

• Place the safe into the wall recess

• Check level and alignment with a spirit level

• The door must not open or close by itself

• ​

2. Pour the concrete

• Build a formwork around the safe

• Prepare the concrete:

  • 2 parts gravel (0–12 mm)

  • 1 part cement

  • Add water for a smooth consistency

• Pour carefully to avoid air pockets

• Do not open the door for at least 48 hours

​

3. Final checks

• Remove formwork once dry

• Clean the safe, leave the door open to eliminate humidity

• Check smooth door movement and lock functionality
