How to wall your safe?

​

Walling your safe is an easy operation if it has been prepared beforehand.

​

Support: 

The wall must be sound and resistant to avoid malfunction and tearing.

​

Location:

Provide a hole with 10 cm more than the external dimensions of the safe.

​

Concrete:

Soft type concrete is recommended so that there are no air holes.

​

​

Steps to wall your safe:

​

STEP 1: PLACE YOUR SAFE

Place the safe in its enclave with a 10 cm upper wall opening on all sides.

​

Check the position of the safe to wall with a spirit level

(The safe door should not open or close on its own.)

​

STEP 2: RESTORE THE SAFE

Make a formwork so that the concrete flows perfectly.

​

Prepare its mixture with 2 units of gravel (0-12 mm), 1 unit of cement and water to obtain a good consistency.

​

Pour the concrete, taking care to avoid air bubbles.

​

Wait at least 48 hours without opening the door.

​

STEP 3: FINALIZE THE OPERATION

After 48 hours, remove the formwork and clean the safe.

To avoid traces of humidity, allow the safe to dry with the door open.

Check that the product is working properly.
